What if I have a problem involving a scheme member?

We advise you to:

• Notify the trader straightaway, in writing if necessary, and give them the opportunity to correct the problem;
  
• Contact us using the details on the Contact Us page if you are not happy with the outcome;

Nothing in this scheme prevents either party from seeking redress though legal action in the Courts;

Where a complaint about a member involves the criminal law, as with all criminal complaints received about any Cheshire business, a thorough investigation will take place which could result in the business being prosecuted. In addition, Golden Spanner members may face suspension or expulsion from the scheme.
